Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns must be requested within the return window. Worn, damaged, or altered items are not accepted.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of item inspection. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. You will be notified via email once the refund is completed.
Non-returnable items include final sale, worn or washed clothes, items without tags, intimate wear, swimwear, and customized pieces. For hygiene and safety, these cannot be returned.

Orders process within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll get a shipping confirmation once dispatched. We strive for timely processing and delivery.

Once an order is processed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure that the address is correct at the time of checkout.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our delivery services are limited to nationwide orders only.
Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. You may request a return if the item is eligible for one.
Custom and made-to-order items can’t be canceled. Once shipped, orders can’t be changed. We’ll let you know of any exceptions during checkout or on the product page.
